Since we launched this site last March, we’ve been pretty thin in the original content department. And while providing syndicated content from Springfield blogs is fun, we think it might be time to take things to the next level: Writing original content for local bloggers and by local bloggers. You’ll read more about our big ideas in the coming days, we promise.
But for today, we’d like to introduce a feature called I’m a Blogger. What is it? Blogger profiles. We are inviting SGF bloggers to copy the questions below, answer them, and send them (and a picture, if you like) to sgfblogs@gmail.com. Each week, we’ll pick a submission and post that blogger’s profile on the site! Original content for us; free blog promotion for you!
Here are your questions. Answer wisely.
- What is your name?
- What is your blog’s title and URL?
- What is your blog about?
- Why did you start blogging?
- What’s your favorite Springfield restaurant?
- What’s your full-time job?
- What else do you do for fun?
- What words of blogging wisdom would you like to share with your fellow bloggers?
- What’s been your biggest blogging success?
- What’s your favorite local blog? Why?

Meet Us!
We meet the second Monday of the month at the Farmer's Gastropub in Springfield at 7 PM. If the weather's nice, we'll likely be on the patio!
