Bloggers Meetup Tonight!
Whoa! Someone forgot to announce that we have a bloggers’ meetup tonight, 7 PM, Patton Alley Pub. Yikes! (And yeah, it’s Sarah (me) who forgot. Whoops!) We’d love for you to join us. We’ve actually got some items on the agenda (scary, isn’t it?). There’s been some debate about whether we should allow businesses and media outlets on our blogroll, and “we” need to discuss it. “We” can sometimes be a very fluid concept at our blogger table.
So if you can make it, plan to join us tonight! At the very least, I will be there eating fish and chips and drinking Diet Coke. As always, we don’t “out” anonymous bloggers and we keep it civil. And by nature, we don’t accomplish much else. But we like it that way.
(And for the record, the next meetup is Monday, December 14. Same place. Same time. There, I announced it!)

I’d be curious how this talk went, and what is defined as a “business.”
My little site isn’t a business yet, but in a year or two I hope to begin publishing books for money (rather than just posting stories and articles for free), at which time someone somewhere might refer to it as a business. It still definitely has bloggy characteristics. How is that line drawn?
